One of the Baltimore Kicker's primary goals is to maintain and promote the 'German Culture'. 
They do these through many venues including, but not limited to:

Are you familiar with the Bach Concert Series, located in Baltimore, MD.  The Bach Concert Series performs monthly free concerts that showcase the glorious music of J.S. Bach in its original language.    

                  Each  month they offer a concert which features an entire cantata, performed just as Bach wrote it:  in German.  At each concert, the director puts Bach's music in historical context and explains his musical language. Our concerts promote the German history of Bach's time and promote German language and culture.  And free concerts are definitely preisewert .

  The Bach Concert Series performs on the first Sunday of the month (Oct-June), 4 p.m., at Christ Lutheran Church, 701 South Charles St., Baltimore.  Only two concerts (March - St. John Passion; and May - the secular "Coffee Cantata") will charge admission this season-- the other seven concerts are free.
